What happens after i have made a reservation?
You will receive an automated email confirming your payment with further instructions.

Do you provide linen and towels ?
Linen and towels can be hired for an additional cost or you can bring your own.

What time is check-in and can I check-in early? 
Check-in is normally 16:00 hrs We allow early check-in subject to availability.  Additional charges apply for early check-in and late checkouts.

How do I get directions to the property?
Once you have made your final payment we will send you an arrival pack with full directions to the property.

Can I bring a pet?
We accept Dogs at our properties for an additional charge of €50. A maximum of 2 animals per house is permitted.

Will I be greeted on arrival?
All of our properties are self check in. You will be given a security box code 14 days prior to arrival to retrieve the keys.

What time is check out?
Check-out is normally 10:00hrs however subject to incoming guests the same day,  we can be flexible. 

Do we have to clean the house on departure?
We do not expect guests to do a full clean however the house should be left broadly as you found it. Rubbish taken out to the bins, washing up and crockery put away. Furniture in the same position as when you arrived.

Do I have to pay the full amount when making a reservation?
If your booking is more than 30 days away we request a deposit of 30%. The full balance is payable 30 days or less before arrival.

When will we receive our security deposit back.
We will refund your security within 7 days of your departure once the house has been checked by our team. Depending on who you booked with this will either be a refund of payment or release of the hold on your credit card. You should inform us of any damage immediately. 

Do we have to pay extra for heating and electricity?
No this is included in the rental. However we do ask that you are respectful of usage as you would be in your own home. Turn heating and lights off when you go out?

Are there washing machines in the properties?

What is there to do in the area? 
You will find plenty of information on this website. Additionally once you have made a reservation we will send you a link to our digital guest book which has lots more information.

What is your cancellation policy?
Please refer to the contract documents that you would have received when making a reservation. 

I need to change the dates of my reservation, how can i do this?
Just contact us and we will make the change normally for free subject to availability.

Do I need a car?
Taxis and public transport are available but it is highly recommended to travel by car.

Is parking available?
There is plenty of free parking available at all properties.

Can I bring extra guests?
No we do not allow extra guests. The occupancy for each house is as stated on our website and contracts.

Can I extend my stay?
Yes subject to availability. We are normally able to offer a very competitive rate for extra nights – or a late checkout, just get in touch.

I booked through AirBNB – Why do you need to place a security deposit hold on my credit card?

We are a software-connected host and Air BNB’s rules entitle us to collect a security deposit hold directly outside of Air BNB. We make this as clear as possible in the house rules prior to booking. If you are unfamiliar with how this works please search for the Air BNB help article “collecting-fees-outside-of-airbnb?”
In the small number of cases where damage is caused, we can mutually agree on the cost and deal directly with you to efficiently resolve any problems.
