In the face of this challenge, we have introduced more frequent cleaning intervals, reviewed all cleaning products for efficiency against Coronavirus and ensured that all cleaning processes take into consideration chemical contact times to ensure effective sanitisation of this health risk.
Our cleaners observe strict new guidelines to give you confidence in your stay with us.. All of our properties are self check in via a sanitised lock box and we pay particular attention to sanitising all other high touch areas. For your convenience we provide hand sanitisers at various points throughout the houses.
Cancellation Policy
For the foreseeable future, we are offering a full refund less an admin fee of 3% of the rental value up to 30 days before arrival.
If your booking dates are affected by a national or local lockdown then we will refund less 3% of the rental admin fee.
If you wish to cancel your booking for any other reason including catching Covid or having to self isolate then we will Not Refund as this could have easily been covered by a suitable travel insurance policy.
We strongly recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance before the start of your holiday.
